DECEMBER
PORTRAIT of a Nation will be a picture of the country told by communities hidden in 15 cities across Britain and will bring 2008 to a close.
The epic event will allow people to parade their heritage and identity and open the debate on the nature of Britain.
In partnership with the National Heritage Lottery Fund and working with practitioners across the country, it will bring the country together in Liverpool.
