APRIL
WHILE many of the events in the year will be new and challenging, the Viennese Balls at St George’s Hall will be a nostalgic and welcome touch of the past.
The Royal Liverpool Philharmonic will play for dancers and in the preceding weeks, ballroom dancers will be teaching people across Merseyside how to dance the basic steps.
The event was commissioned by the Culture Company.
