Dancing in the street is the order of the day as Brouhaha brings a riot of colour to the city

AUGUST

THE Brouhaha Carnival Procession – said to be the biggest single one of its kind in the country – has become one of Liverpool’s favourite and most colourful events.

The year marks the culmination of four years of carnival parades under the title Crossing the Waters, depicting Liverpool’s part in the slave trade.

Local national and international groups expected to attend what is thought to be the largest parade ever.
