Leighton Baines

Kirkby-born defender Leighton Baines arrived at Goodison from Wigan Athletic in the 2007 close-season, and has become a key component in David Moyes. His steady overlapping runs, defending and pinpoint delivery have made him one of the most sought-after left-backs in the country, regularly representing England following on from his first cap against Egypt in March 2010.
