GLEEDS, the interna-tional management and construction consultancy, has relocated its Liver-pool operation as a result of continuing growth in the North West region.
Since the Liverpool office opened in January, staff numbers have grown with the increasing demand for services.
The newly refurbished office, Stanley Hall, spans 1,100sq ft and will better suit the Liverpool opera-tion in their rapidly expanding workload.
Gleeds’ involvement includes providing grant monitoring services on the Bluecoat Arts Centre with Liverpool Vision and the NWDA, acting as cost consultants for the Liver-pool Community College Estates Development Framework and assisting in the fit-out of the new floor level at Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine.
Managing partner Ian Miller, responsible for Gleeds’ Liverpool office, said: “To relocate to a larger office in such a short time illustrates our contribution and growing presence in the city.”
