Qire claims instant impact in calls trade

LIVERPOOL-BASED Qire’s yesterday said it had enjoyed a phenomenal first four months of trading.

Since its launch in March, the automated telephone-based marketing firm has already signed up 15 clients following successful trials.

The Queen Square-based firm’s intelligent voice messaging (IVM) technology has taken the market by storm. With no other company currently offering this technology, Qire has received a high level of interest from businesses across a wide range of industries.

The system allows clients to make automated calls, which can be tailored to specific situations, to any phone in the world. Thousands of individualised calls can be delivered simultaneously making communication with millions of customers simpler and quicker.

The technology can be used in a wide range of applications. Customers include Liverpool Football Club. The technology can be used to convey a message or it can replace the initial stages of an outgoing call to identify the correct customer before it is transferred to an operator.

The debt recovery market has been a particularly strong and several companies operating in the sector are undergoing trials, whilst two companies have fully integrated the Qire system into their debt collection strategies.

London-based Credit Solutions is now utilising the technology following a successful trial which saw Qire make contact with thousands of previously non-contactable customers.

Qire is also working with clients in the retail, sport, entertainment and charity sectors and is looking at expanding into new markets throughout the second half of 2007.

Commenting on the success of its first quarter in business, Phil Simmonds, general manager, said: “I knew once companies realised the benefits of IVM they would want to hear more. The key for us was securing trials, after that the results speak for themselves and every contact has wanted to continue discussions with us after completing a trial.

“With more and more trials being converted to retained business, I am confident we will continue to rapidly grow the business and double our number of clients by the end of the year.”

In addition to Qire IVM, Qire also offers a wide range of eCRM communications solutions including data append services, crisis alert solutions, Callsport and e-marketing and mobile marketing packages.
