THERE is just less than 20,000sq ft of Grade A space still available to let at Gateway House in Wirral International Business Park.

The building has a total floor area of 32,233sq ft, but joint agent Hitchcock, Wright & Partners (HWP) now reports that the second and third floors have now been let to Carillion and General Physics (UK), leaving 19,732sq ft of space available that can be taken either as a whole or on a floor- by-floor basis.

The premises are available immediately to let, with suites ranging from 1,772sq ft.

Gateway House is located within Wirral International Business Park which is also home to businesses such as Orange, the Co-op, and Matalan.
