Business park firm expands

MERSEYSIDE’S largest owner of business parks and industrial estates, Spencer Holdings, has committed a further £4m to their expansion in campaign in the North East.
The company has announced plans to redevelop the North Seaton Industrial Centre in Ashington, Northumberland, creating more than 100,000 sq ft of industrial and office space.
This investment comes on top of its recent £5m acquisition and refurbishment of Darlington’s Faverdale Industrial Estate.
The development will also include additional car parking.
