Property firm’s first sale in Cyprus

LIVERPOOL property firm The Venmore Partnership has handed over the keys to the first customers at its Cyprus office.
On the day of the office’s launch, Venmore Property Overseas welcomed Brian and Pauline Nuttall, Trish Keoghan and Jeff Byrne, who have bought a property in the Ammochostos development on the east coast of Cyprus.
Ben Kent, who heads up the Venmore Property Overseas operation, said: “It is great to get the Cyprus office under way. We’ve enjoyed tremendous sales in a number of countries during the past eight months, but there seems to be something special about Cyprus.”
Mr Kent added: “The island is proving particularly appealing to those planning for their retirement by investing in a number of properties whilst also using one themselves for six months or more of the year.”
