Creative merger

ONE of Liverpool’s oldest creative and design agencies has joined forces with a local website develop- ment company.

Paver Downes’s offline division has been acquired by Gap Infomedia, also based in Liverpool. The new company will be called Clarity Creation.

Managing director Phillip Ramsey said: “I have worked with Paver Downes for 10 years and have always been impressed with their work.”
