Agent’s birthday present

LIVERPOOL-BASED property agent Mason Owen’s 40th anniver- sary celebrations have been pepped up with their naming as North West Property Adviser of the Year by Estates Gazette.
It is the third year in succession Mason Owen has achieved this recognition.
Managing director Paul Moran collected the award in The Great Room of the Grosvenor House Hotel, London in front of 1,400 of the UK’s top property professionals.
“This has proved a landmark year for Mason Owen, with our turnover breaking through the £10m barrier for the first time, and this award is the icing on our birthday cake,” said Mr Moran.
Mason Owen employs more than 100 people across six divisions.
