A NEW 27,500 sq ft commercial office block development in Great Homer Street has been unveiled by Oscar Developments.

The building is comprised of 16 Grade A specification offices for sale, each with their own front door, in a five-storey contemporary office block design.

Located less than five minutes from the city centre and two minutes from the Wallasey tunnel, City Point also offers secure undercroft car parking of four parking spaces per unit.

A typical office unit for sale is approximately 1,515 sq ft.
