WIRRAL will be at the heart of a change in the way that contracting operates within the construction industry, following the launch of local construction consortium TKR.
A partnership between an expert building contractor, electrical contractor and mechanical contractor, TKR has pooled the extensive individual expertise of each company to offer clients a single point of contact across the three trades.
Ellesmere Port Mayor Ted Lloyd gave an address at the event.
