Businesses urged to pledge support for city arts groups

A LIVERPOOL design company boss has called on city businesses to give local arts organisations a boost in Culture year.
“We all know what a creative place Liverpool is,“ said Colin MacGregor of Alexander MacGregor, “and we need to help get the message across to the world, particularly in 2008.”
Mr MacGregor is already practising what he preaches – his design and marketing company has provided the city’s cutting-edge Open Eye Gallery with a new website.
“As a company committed to Liverpool, we’re pleased to promote the art and design industry,” Colin added.
