THE CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) North West industrial team is celebrating the disposal of more than 1m sq ft since the acquisition of DGI.
CBRE acquired DGI seven months ago to become the largest industrial team in the North West, working from offices in Liverpool and Manchester.
Since May, the team has worked on a number of deals, including the letting of 311,000 sq ft in Trafford Park to TDG, the sale of 171,000 sq ft at Greengate Point, Chadderton to Tetrosyl, the letting of 262,000 sq ft in St Helens to Pilkington Glass and the disposal of 400,000 sq ft in Bromborough.
Howard George, senior director in CBRE North West’s industrial team, said: “The disposal of 1m sq ft is a real achievement in such a short period of time and is testament to the commitment and hard work the team has shown over the past six months.
“A strong occupational market has continued to underpin deals in the sector and this success looks set to continue in 2008.”
