Staff to get ‘ecobags’

WARRINGTON-BASED environmental engineering firm MWH is distributing free “Ecobags” to its UK staff to encourage them to use fewer plastic bags.

The bags, made of biodegradable jute, will be distributed to 360 staff at the company’s offices at Birchwood and to around 1,000 other employees throughout the country.

MWH’s environment manager Alison Bradley said: “We want to do our own bit for the environment.”
