Engineer team moves offices

DARWIN House, at MEPC Birchwood Park, in Warrington, is now fully let after engineering consultancy Cogsys moved there from Salford Quays.

The firm, a subsidiary of global group Advantic, has moved its 15-strong team into its new 4,252 sq ft offices.

Cogsys managing director Russ Ralph said: “Birchwood Park provides first-rate property in an accessible location at an extremely competitive rate. It also offers plenty of room for our anticipated expansion.”

Until recently, Darwin House was occupied by NUKEM, which has moved to larger premises.

Birchwood Park asset manager, Jonathan Black, said: “Darwin House provides excellent refurbished office space at a low cost compared to other properties available in the region.”
