A COMPANY that looks after empty council homes in Liverpool has been acquired in a deal worth £49m.
Insite Service Management has purchased the business and assets of Orbis, which has more than 100 clients across the UK, including Liverpool city council, for whom it oversees empty properties and neighbourhood renewal.
Orbis is based in London, and has its North West headquart- ers in St Helens.
ŠISM is an investment company formed for the purpose of developing operational interests in property protection.
