Prospect of £40m turnover in five years

WARRINGTON-BASED Prospect (GB) has appointed Jane Thompson as development manager to drive forward the national property developer’s ambitions to secure a £40m turnover within five years.

As a chartered surveyor, Ms Thompson has more than a decade’s experience in the commercial property sector. She was previously a partner in charge of development consultancy at King Sturge and senior lending manager at the Nationwide Building Society.

She said: “Prospect’s company ethos is ideally suited to promoting a thriving and successful working environment, and one which is commensurate with my own working practices. In addition, in this competitive market Prospect has the right credentials, being well financed and adopting a professional and pro-active business approach.”

Ms Thompson’s role will see her sourcing commercial and residential development opportunities, including site identification, assessment of planning options and financial viability.
