Chance to build links to China

TRADE promotion body Chinalink is holding a China-UK Trade Forum at the British Chambers of Commerce (BCC) convention in Liverpool on Monday.

The event aims to introduce Chinese manufacturers, exporters, importers and trade policy makers to the business community in Merseyside and representatives from chambers of commerce around the UK.

It will be attended by more than 50 Chinese delegates from cities including Shanghai, Beijing and Nanjing.

BCC president Peter Mileham will address the event alongside Fan Jiang, Minister Counsellor at London’s Chinese embassy.

The event will include a Question Time-style session featuring Chinalink director Kegang Wu, Knowsley-based cushion manufacturer Caldeira’s managing director Tony Caldeira and Chinese representatives.
