CITY centre serviced apartment provider Your City Base has appointed Rebecca Furlong to head its expanding team.

Ms Furlong moved to Liverpool in 2002 as team leader with Mersey Mirror where she worked with clients including Gregor Shore and Knight Frank.

Most recently she was senior designer at Design Foundry responsible for design, PR and marketing for clients.

BRIDGING finance provider Tahoe Finance has promoted Dan Harding to business development manager.

Mr Harding joined Tahoe in 2006 after three years at the Davenham Group. Tahoe has funded several Liverpool developments, including Liverpool Sports Park in Belle Vale.

DLA Piper has boosted its Liverpool team with the addition of two new associates.

Rachel Power joins DLA Piper part-time from Hill Dickinson where she has worked for the past 10 years. She joins the employment team.

Meanwhile, Liz Clark has returned to DLA Piper part-time following the birth of her daughter. She joins the corporate team.

LIVERPOOL Marina has appointed city-born Dave Murray as general manager.

Mr Murray, who has more than 22 years experience in the maritime industry, will be responsible for developing the marina.

He has published a book, “It’s Funny but it’s True”, about his experiences sailing the Atlantic.
