Business park ready to be marketed

KNIGHT Frank has been appointed to market the latest phase of office development at Daresbury Park.

Cinnabar Court is the newest phase of speculative development on the park by Commercial Development Projects. Occupiers will have the opportunity of acquiring detached or semi-detached two-storey offices from 3,000 sq ft up to 8,000 sq ft.

The completion of Cinnabar Court is scheduled for late November and the buildings will be constructed to a high specification, including comfort cooling, raised floors and carpeting.

Buildings are available on flexible lease terms at a rent of £18.50 per sq ft inclusive of car parking and available to purchase for £230 per sq ft freehold.

In addition to Cinnabar Court, Commercial Development Projects has also been granted planning consent for a 30,000 sq ft headquarters building and intends to start work on site imminently with a 12- month build programme.

Darren Loofe, of Knight Frank’s team in Manchester, said: “There is no doubt Daresbury Park has become one of the region’s premier locations, particularly attractive to science and technology-based blue chip companies.”
