Mr Stockton, 42, is currently finance director of the Life Division (South) of the Pearl Group. He has also worked for Euroclear in Brussels, Barclays, Gerrard and Old Mutual.
He is expected to join the board in late summer.
FORMER Tesco and Asda executive Graham Adams has joined Widnes developers Morbaine Group.
Mr Adams was a long-serving development executive at Tesco and was recently director of property acquisitions at Tesco. He has joined Morbaine to work on its retail property portfolio alongside the existing team of Alex Brodie, Keith Williams and Adrian Crossdale.
LIVERPOOL marketing communications consultancy, Kenyon Fraser, has appointed Lorna Young as an account executive.
Ms Young, from Hoylake, Wirral, has worked in marketing for Liverpool John Moores University and Rathbone Investment Management.
LAW firm DLA Piper has appointed two new associates.
Rachel Power joins DLA Piper part-time from Hill Dickinson, where she has worked for the past ten years. She has been appointed as an associate in the employment team.
Meanwhile, Liz Clark has returned to DLA Piper part-time following the birth of her daughter. She joins as an associate in the corporate team.
