Warehouse with land on market

EDWARD SYMMONS has been appointed by Denna Developments to sell an 8,088 sq ft warehouse in Wirral complete with 326 sq foot of office space at mezzanine and ground level.
The plot at the Tarran Industrial Estate also includes an extensive yard covering nearly 1,000 sq yards, and a third of a hectare of undeveloped land with development potential.
Paul Parker, principal surveyor at Edward Symmons, said: “This modern site has real potential with a total area of more than half a hectare.
“We anticipate receiving a high level of interest from occupiers, particularly builders’ merchants or trade counter operators, and we encourage interested parties to contact us.”
