Estates makeover

ST MODWEN Properties has revealed plans to refurbish and develop the four industrial estates it purchased to support its Great Hom- er Street scheme, in north Liverpool.
The estates, which total almost 220,000 sq ft, are Larch Lea in Anfield, Brasenose Road, in Bootle, Clegg Street in Everton and Gillmoss on the East Lancs Road. St Modwen will bring the estates up to today’s standards by upgrading doors, windows, external elevations and parking/servicing.
Internally, the units will provide warehousing or production space, with available options for heating, lighting, staff facilities and offices.
