Enquiries open for ‘choice’ office site

A NEW Knowsley commercial development of Grade A office units and trade counters from Charles Topham Group is taking enquiries now, with options for sale or let available.

Cooper’s Point, in Cooper’s Lane – next to Knowsley Industrial Park – will see the creation of 13 Grade A office units ranging from 5,000 to 10,000 sq ft, alongside several trade counters.

Office space will be ready to occupy from later this year, with the option to buy as well as let. These self-contained Grade A office units are located on a secure estate.

Cooper’s Point has trade counters aimed at wholesale traders and suppliers, again with the option to buy or let, and availability is imminent.
