Milestone reached as park completed

BOOTLE will reach a significant milestone in its commercial regeneration this week with the completion of a £14m “green” development, Vesty Business Park.

The scheme, which has been brought forward by regeneration specialist, Priority Sites, incorporates 46 roof mounted wind turbines along with a landmark 26m free standing turbine, which together will provide 10% of the development’s entire energy supply.

The Business Park, the national developer’s largest scheme to date, is already proving popular with businesses keen to be environmentally responsible and as the scheme completes the developer has announced 60,136 sq ft of the new high specification business space is already under offer.

The former Vesty factory site now comprises 155,000 sq ft of 17 industrial units ranging in size from 3,000 sq ft to 27,800 sq ft and four hybrid units, ranging in size from 3,500 sq ft to 4,000 sq ft.
