Tenants already coming on board for the new Century

CHESHIRE-BASED commercial property developer, Dean Property Group, has appointed Keppie Massie as joint letting agents for the refurbished Century House, in St Helens.

Situated on the pedestrianised Hardshaw Street, overlooking Victoria Square and opposite the Town Hall, Century House is the tallest office building in the town.

The 45,661 sq ft office building occupies an island site in the heart of the town centre, 200m from St Helens Central train station and 100m from Bickerstaffe Street bus station.

Dean Property Group has undertaken a comprehensive £1m refurbishment of the premises.

Several tenants are already on board, the largest of which is Canter Levin and Berg Solicitors, taking 8,931 sq ft on the ground floor on a 10-year lease.

A bespoke fit out for Riverside Housing Association taking a further 3,457 sq ft of ground floor space on a 15-year lease, at £11.50 per sq ft, leaves one street level unit remaining with various additional accommodation available on the upper floors.
