Wide variety going underthe hammer

SUTTON Kersh will hold its fourth property auction of 2008 on July 2, at the Marriott Hotel, in Queen Square, Liverpool city centre.

There will be 83 lots going under the hammer. They are a mix of commercial, mix-use and homes from postcodes across the city

Three lots of interest are: Lot 1: A vacant three-storey house in Anfield Road; Lot 17: A former church in Huyton Hey Road; and Lot 42: A large semi in Sefton Park Road L8.

Bidding will start with 9 Anfield Road.

The large semi has three floors of living space and is split in to five bed-sits.

It is for sale as a vacant residential property with large gardens and has a guide of £115,000 plus.

Park Hall is the second church to go under the hammer at a Sutton Kersh auction this year. An English Presbyterian church in Bootle sold at the April auction for over three times its guide price, for £88,000.
