WIRRAL South Labour MP Ben Chapman will visit the Daisy Hill Cake Company, in Thornton Hough, on Friday.
The visit comes after the founder, Sophie Constable, was selected to attend a Royal Bank of Scotland organised Parliamentary recep- tion which focused on the successes of small business from around the country.
Daisy Hill was creat- ed by Ms Constable, who graduated from Cordon Bleu, in Paris, as a patisserie chef.
She then trained in America for a world-recognised qualification in decorative cake art.
She aims to design and create unique wedding cakes that are tailored to each individual clients’ wedding.
The cakes are created using inspiration taken from the wedding – such as from the design of the invitations to the dresses.
