THE North West was the only region to record an increase in business activity in July, according to a new report.
However, the latest PMI Business Survey Data, produced for The Royal Bank of Scotland by Markit Economics, shows little reason for celebration.
Slowing new business and rising inflationary pressures suggest that this bounce may only be temporary.
