Region’s workers are the least stressed

A NEW report has found that workers from Liverpool and the North West are among the least stressed in the UK.
Other regions – such as Northern Ireland, the South East and West Midlands suffer much more stress. The Stroke in Business report calls for UK employers to do more to encourage staff to use exercise to “de-stress”.
Among those surveyed, the recruitment sector was identified as the most stressful working environment in the UK, with 82% of recruitment consultants regularly feeling stressed, followed by the legal profession (78%).
