Phase completed

REGENERATION specialist Priority Sites has completed the fourth phase of commercial premises at Bromborough.

Priority Sites, which has launched a £25m investment programme in Merseyside, says the completed £2.5m Stadium Court development on the Wirral International Business Park will create 90 jobs for the area when fully occupied.

The company has so far developed over 145,000sqft of commercial accommodation in Bromborough alone, both at Wirral International Business Park and at the near-by Croft Business Park, working closely with both Wirral Direct and the Northwest Development Agency. Priority Sites now plans to work with Wirral Council to bring forward further development on the park, including a 54,000sqft office scheme at neighbour- ing Riverview.

Interest in Stadium Court has been high, and only one unit is still available.

John Boanas, development director for Priority Sites, said: “The ideal location of Stadium Court, so close to the A41 and offering easy access to the motorway network via the M53, has proved very appealing to local companies wanting to expand their operations, as well as to companies from outside the region.”

Priority Sites’s other Merseyside projects include Brookfield Business Park, Fazakerley, and Turnstone Business Park, Widnes.
