Connor loaned to Partick

PARTICK THISTLE have signed Everton youngster Stephen Connor on a six-month loan deal.
The 18-year-old striker, who can also play on the wing, has been capped by England at Under-16 level.
The Wirral-born teenager will go straight into manager Ian McCall's Jags squad for the first match of the season away to Stirling Albion.
