Blackpool travel to face Tottenham, while the remaining two ties are both all-Premier League affairs as Portsmouth entertain Blackburn and Sven-Goran Eriksson’s Manchester City make the short journey to the Reebok Stadium to take on Bolton.

All the matches are scheduled for the week of October 29.
