Merseyside chefs Relish new cook book

SOME of Merseyside’s finest chefs gathered to celebrate the launch of a new cookbook, which takes recipes from restaurants in the area.

Relish Merseyside and Lancashire launched at The London Carriage Works, with a reception hosted by Paul Askew, who wrote the foreword to the book.

Restaurants featured include Spire, Lunya, Puschka, Fraiche, 60 Hope Street, Peninsula Dining Rooms, The Lawns Restaurant at Thornton Hall Hotel, The Side Door, Salt House Tapas and Claire Lara’s La Mouette. It’s on sale now in the restaurants featured.

Mr Askew said: “The day was a real success and it was wonderful to see so many chefs in the same place at the same time.”
