THIS is a no-cook recipe that very young children can enjoy to make with a little help from an adult and should appeal to their artistic sides.
Ingredients
4 slices thick bread (white or wholemeal)
½ small jar Nutella
12 mini pretzels
12 chocolate animal biscuits
Method
1. Place the bread slices on large plate to form a four-square grid in the middle.
2. Cut each slice's edge to form a large circle. Trim with a knife to fit the plate.
3. Spread Nutella generously to form a 6in-7in circle on the bread. Press pretzels into the outer edge of the circle to create a fence.
4. Stand the animal biscuit upright inside the fence and enjoy.
Serving idea: For a splash of colour, sprinkle 1 tbsp multi-colored hundreds and thousands over mud bath.
