Cheshire starter

CHESHIRE Boys meet at Warrington this weekend (March 9) for the annual pre-season get-together.

A total of 36 boys, including the A and B squads and the leading players from the age groups ranging from the under-14s to the U17s, will play a competitive round to give the county officials the chance to assess their progress during their winter.

Some of the boys have been given winter coaching and the group will include most of the party who have been away for the first time to Menorca for six days training and coaching.
