Golf: Girls heading to Menorca

THREE Wirral players have been named in the Cheshire team to play in The Matthew Brown Cup match with the Balearic Federation next month.

The mixed county team will include five girls for the match in Menorca from May 2-5.

Claire Fry (Royal Liverpool) takes the place of Cheshire Girls Captain Charlotte Wild (Mere GC), who is unable to attend due to EWGA commitments.

She is joined by Kelly Paxton (Wallasey GC), Zoe Evans (Bramhall GC & Styal GC), Imogen Wilson (Heswall GC) and Abbie Cowlard (Reddish Vale GC)
