PROPERTY giant Bruntwood has officially opened the new entrance to its Plaza building in Liverpool.
The reception features floor-to-ceiling glazing, a customer lounge and a number of retail units.
It also hosts an additional five meeting rooms, bringing the total number of meeting rooms available at The Plaza to eight. Bruntwood has also introduced new security swipe card gates to maintain high security levels for customers at the building.
General manager at The Plaza, Jane Yates, said: “We’re extremely pleased with the finished reception and feel it provides a real sense of arrival for both our customers and their visitors. Having one centralised entrance opening onto St Paul’s Square makes this one of the most impressive entrances in the city.”
The entrance had previously faced onto Old Hall Street.
