JOINT venture developers UK Land & Property and Pochin have signed up specialist regeneration consultancy, Amion Consulting, as the latest tenant at their Exchange Flags complex, in Liverpool city centre.
Previously based in Silkhouse Court, in Tithebarn Street, Amion chose Horton House ahead of several new and refurbished Grade A office schemes in the city centre.
The company has taken 3,315 sq ft on the 10th floor and will join a list of tenants including Brabners Chaffe Street and Deloittes.
This deal means Horton House is now 90% let.
