AGENTS at Mason Owen have secured 5,100 sq ft of office space on Daresbury Business Park for Assura Medical.
The organisation, a leading provider of NHS medical services across the UK, will occupy the stand alone office in Cinnabar Court.
Cinnabar Court is the latest speculative development at Daresbury Park, which is made up of 17 office buildings.
Daresbury Park has already attracted a host of blue-chip occupiers including BNFL, AD Holdings, De Vere Group and HS Administrative Services.
The scheme is designated as a key strategic site by the Northwest Development Agency.
Stephen Bradley, Assura Medical property manager, said: “Mason Owen provided us with a fast and professional service that allowed us to consider a number of different options and enabled us to make a quick decision as to our preferred location.”
Mason Owen’s head of business space Andrew Owen said: “Mason Owen has recently been instructed and has secured 5,100 sq ft of office accommodation on behalf of Assura Medical within Daresbury Business Park.
“This is a great location for Assura Medical, being just off Junction 11 of the M56, and the office itself has been carefully designed to the highest specification.
“I am sure it will prove to be the perfect base for Assura.”
