MARKETING and communication firm Kenyon Fraser has appointed two new client service managers to its business development team. Amanda Gordon, above right, from St Helens, will be working on the corporate team.

Hayley Ward, from Liverpool, has a degree in graphic design and more than eight years’ professional experience, and will be part of the health and society team.

IT OUTSOURCING company Vertex has appointed Susie Buffam to its board as head of shared services.

Ms Buffam has worked for the company as head of international operations since 2007 and led Vertex operations in North America and India. She began her career at Goldman Sachs, has an MBA from Columbia University in New York and has worked in senior roles at organisations such as Citigroup.

LIVERPOOL-BASED independent corporate finance house The Steve Stuart Partnership (TSSP) has appointed Paul MacMahon as an executive.

Paul, 24, joins TSSP from PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Manchester office, where he spent five years.

KNOWSLEY-based retail technology company Cybertill has promoted Ed Micklewright to its board as director of client services.

Mr Micklewright, of Nantwich, has managed the company’s UK sales team, focusing on smaller retailers, for four years.
