* FAMILY law solicitor Tracey Miller has left Canter Levin and Berg Solicitors, where she was the head of the private family law department, to start up her own niche family law practice, Tracey Miller Family Law.

Mrs Miller, chair of family law body Resolution Merseyside, will specialise in areas including divorce, civil partnerships, and separation and cohabitation agreements.

* ACCOUNTANCY firm Baker Tilly has appointed audit director Sue Hutchinson to its Liverpool office.

Ms Hutchinson, who has 15 years’ of specialist experience advising charities, further education colleges and social housing organisations, moves to the Old Hall Street office from Baker Tilly’s Newcastle office.

* WARRINGTON wireless internet provider Airangel has made five new appointments.

Phil Ward, 27, is the new financial controller, having previously worked for Million-2-1. Darryl Petch, 23, joins Airangel as a field engineer.

Tracy Scriven, 38, above, has been appointed as business development manager for the corporate sector, Dru Widdow-son, 34, left, will develop the hospitality sector and Paul Lockhart, 41, will manage the London region.

* ALTERNATIVE Investment Market-listed steam cleaning specialist Proventec has announced that Glyn Hirsch has resigned as a non-executive director, due to other business commitments.
