KILMARTIN Amerdale, the joint venture between Amerdale and Kilmartin Property Group, has completed the sale of Units 8a and 8b, Phoenix Park, Speke, Liverpool for £900,000.
The two units, totalling 18,986 sq ft, were speculatively developed by Kilmartin Amerdale at Phoenix Park, a multi-let trade and industrial warehouse park, comprising over 150,000 sq ft of space, situated close to John Lennon Airport.
DGI Davis George and CBRE acted on behalf of Kilmartin Amerdale. Mark Ridehalgh, a director of Amerdale, said: "The sale of these units reflects the burgeoning occupational market that the estate and Speke generally is experiencing.
“This sale brings the total amount of space that we have turned over on the estate in the last twelve months to in excess of 100,000 sq ft, which has resulted in a massive improvement in the quality of the tenant mix. This only leaves us with three new small trade counter units totalling 13,000 sq ft.”
