A&M signs Rainford deal

SPECIALISTS in cavity wall and loft insulations, A&M Insulations, has signed a lease to occupy 3,500 sq ft at Millbrook Business Park in Rainford, St Helens.

The deal leaves just one remaining unit at the site owned by property investment and development company Spencer Holdings.

A&M is relocating its six strong accounts team, which is set to grow to 10 by the end of 2008. This is to make way for new employees at its head office at Environmental House, Sandwash Close, also in Rainford.

Ross Lang, chairman, said: “Our business is set to double when the government introduces new legislation to make all new houses carbon-neutral by 2016.”
