CONSTRUCTION consultancy AA Projects has become the first office occupier at St Modwen Developments’ Prescot Business Park in Knowsley.
The firm, which has relocated from Wavertree Business Village, Liverpool, has taken a 4,400 sq ft two-storey office building on a 10-year lease within the 12-acre business park.
Mike Hosie, St Modwen’s development manager, said: “We are naturally delighted AA Projects have decided to make their new home at Prescot.
“They were clearly swayed by the proximity of the motorway connections, the rail network and local amenities, plus the quality of the building and the competitive terms.”
