SEFTON Council has granted planning permission to regeneration specialist, Priority Sites, for the development of 80,000 sq ft of speculative office space in Bootle. The scheme will create space for up to 280 jobs.
The £11m Senate Business Park development will incorporate a number of energy saving features to help environmentally conscious businesses operate efficiently.
The scheme in Bridle Road will comprise a range of small office suits ranging in size from 1,982 sq ft to 4,252 sq ft.
These units will sit alongside a larger 27,000 sq ft building, located at the gateway to the park. The larger premises will be ideally positioned to form prestigious, headquarter office space.
John Boanas, development director for Priority Sites, which has an office in Speke, close to John Lennon airport, said; “We are delighted with the planning consent and looking forward to providing top quality, accommodation.”
