VENMORE is opening a new walk-in commercial property branch on Southport’s Lord Street this month.
The move follows its formal merger with commercial property firm Dears Brack in November 2007. Venmore Commercial will share premises with Ball & Percival, part of the Venmore group.
Venmore commercial partner Peter Brack said expanding its commercial presence is a vital part of the firm’s expansion strategy growing beyond its traditional residential reputation.
“The move to Southport reflects our hunger to offer clients the complete property package,” he said.
“We believe Southport needs greater commercial property expertise, there is no other dedicated team in the town.”
