PEEL Holdings has the go-ahead to create a Trafford Centre-sized shopping centre in Spain.
Planning permission has been granted for a £500m centre in Torremolinos, on the Costa Del Sol in Spain.
It will offer retail and leisure attractions as well as a five star hotel, apartments, bars and restaurants.
After original negotiations with local planning authorities were unsuccessful, Peel renewed attempts to have the plans passed five years ago.
